What to write about

Scale corrections (highest priority). Letter-grade thresholds are policy, not law — if your district’s published scale differs from what our chart shows, tell us the scale and where it’s published (district handbook, syllabus policy, state standard). We check every report against the source before changing a threshold.

Feature requests from the classroom. Quarter-point deductions? A chart capped at 300 questions? A column showing points earned instead of percentages? If the grader is missing something you reach for during a grading session, name it — the roadmap is driven by what teachers actually ask for.

Everything else. Broken pages, printing glitches, accessibility issues, partnership requests. Please include the URL of the page you’re writing about and, for tool problems, the numbers you entered and what you expected to see.

What to expect

We’re a small team and read every message. Corrections and bug reports are usually answered within a few days; general feedback may take longer. No ticket systems, no automated replies — a person reads and answers your email.

A note on “my school does it differently”

The most common mail we get is a version of “at my school, 92 is an A.” Both can be right — there is no national grading scale, only conventions. If you’re reporting a disagreement, the most useful detail is where your scale is defined, so we can tell a real error from a legitimate variation and document it properly.
