EZGrader is built so the grading happens on your device, not ours. This policy covers the small amount of data the site does touch.

Your grading stays on your device

The grader, the chart, the half-point and GPA options, and the CSV download all run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Question counts and wrong-answer numbers are never transmitted to us or anyone else — there is no server-side component to send them to. You can verify this: load the page, turn off your network connection, and the grader keeps working. A side effect worth noting: because scores never leave your machine, nothing you enter here can become part of any student-data record.

Server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare processes standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL — to deliver the page, protect against abuse, and measure aggregate traffic. We don’t combine these logs with identity information, because we don’t have any: there are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no forms that store data.

Advertising and cookies

If advertising is enabled on this site, it is served by third-party networks such as Google AdSense. Ad networks may set cookies or use similar identifiers to measure impressions and — where permitted — to personalize ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google’s Ads Settings or with a browser that blocks third-party cookies. Every page works identically whether or not ads load.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics (no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles) to see which pages are used most. Numbers you type into the grader are never included in analytics events.

Your choices

• The printed chart and CSV export happen locally; nothing is uploaded.
• The site is fully readable with JavaScript disabled — only the interactive grader needs it. The scale tables are plain text.
• Ad and cookie preferences are controlled by your browser and your ad-network settings.
